They could have gone retro and had a huge success, but they blew it, They didn't blow it with the "styling". They blew it with the 4ft bed. Make a 6ft bed version with an extended cab, or even an 8ft bed with a standard cab, and they'll have something. The '90s Ranger was an awesome little working TRUCK.

My test of its usefulness is to throw a short handled shovel into the bed right behind the cab. If I can’t reach in and get that shovel it’s useless to me. That’s why I’ve been nursing our ‘98 Mazda B-4000 along. It’s a Ranger anyway.
