My comments were in no way meant to excuse a bad player's methods and depravity. Men can be men but they need to control themselves when they don't get their way. I've been disappointed more than a few times when things didn't work out.

Forcing an unwilling partner into having sex is not acceptable, now or in the past.

But it wouldn't be the first date where the guy wanted it and the gal didn't and they couldn't agree to have sex. But they usually just go their separate ways.

Escalating a date into the world of the bizarre is different that just being boorish or a cad.

I'm afraid after this #MeToo movement, dating and romances will no longer be all warm and cuddly.

#MeToo is like throwing ice water on a woody. The big chill will fall over gender relations for the foreseeable future.

And at age 70, I'm glad my time out there on the sexual playing field has already come and gone. :-)
