Interesting you should mention that they do things on purpose to deliberately get high BP readings. I have often wondered about that possibility. Sure seems to me they often do things that are supposed to be wrong when taking BP. Like talking to you while taking it; asking questions; taking it right after rushing you in from the waiting room; and making the cuff too tight. I had one nurse put the cuff around my forearm below my elbow instead of above it. Things that make you go hmmmm and destroy trust.
