Um, how can there be absolute unsolicited contact? Or, do you mean physical? Otherwise, neither party is allowed to initiate contact.
And, even with physical contact, then there would be a lot of missed first kisses. I am so glad I grew up in the 70’s.
There shouldn’t be any unsolicited physical contact outside of romantic relationships.
