Important: when a tweet arrives, check time stamp. Check again every minute, watching for edits and getting a feel for the timing (”15, 10, 5, 1”). Edits show critical info.
Otherwise, find an archive that includes original tweets before edits. Should be one around the Net somewhere.

Also, when an edit occurs in a tweet, look for anything in the tweet that doesn’t logically fit. [E.g., bad book written specifically for the purpose of having Reagan removed during the ‘80s? Maybe not. Something else, perhaps.]

Surveil chatter of other nations about U.S. politics on their boards (foreign discussion boards). Lurk. Watch for any talk of illegal interventions to control U.S. politics. If you see something, say something.
