I ran 10 miles a day and drank 10 beers a day for almost 20 years. Loved every minute...till my knees gave out. Then realized the ten beers was to mask the pain of the knees ha! I cut back to 6 and swim a mile a day now.
You have a great metabolism! 10 beers is 1,500 calories. If I ate food and drank that much I would weight 500 pounds!
