HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) – Detectives say a 6-year-old boy is dead after his stepfather threw him against a wall at a Seffner motel.
Jack Junior Montgomery, 31, faces a felony first-degree murder charge in connection with the death of 6-year-old Brice Russell.
At 10:50 a.m. Saturday, Montgomery called 911 to report he found his stepson unresponsive inside their room at the Masters Inn in Seffner.
Upon arrival, the Hillsborough County Fire Rescue found the child laying in a bed. He was pronounced dead at 10:59 a.m.

Most convicts have special feelings for child killers. He’ll be in ADSEG for the rest of his life or dead in the prison yard if he ever hits general population.

The slow-witted think Heinlein was a Nazi- thus the imagery in that awful movie that his poor widow agreed to. He was a much more an advocate of common-sense based meritocracy.
A guy in my county was sentenced to 60 years for killing a baby. He beat her 37 times. The guy only lived in the joint 5 years before he was found dead from stab wounds. 37 of them. The other inmate who did it said “I was tired of hearing him talk about it.”
American Indians sent their worst to an island or wilderness to fend for themselves. Australia was originally a penal colony.

Can you imagine what life would continue to be like for these children with this maniac? Death penalty/life still wouldn’t bring justice. Children are being put in these living situations all across America.

worse place is in a home where you have an animal boyfriend/husband who has no attachment to the children...
keep these males away from the children and all is well....
I do notice a trend in these cases...the mom is out WORKING and in this case doing a double shift while the male in the household does not work or very little...
