Well...it’s Shi’ite Iran that has been threatening Sunni Saudis for so long they’ve practically entered into a mutual defense treaty with Israel (slight exaggeration). A different dynamic than intra-muslim, IMO.
Trump made a splash when he visited Riyadh; he should be on the phone with that `reformist’ Saudi prince and ask him to put up or shut up because the moment has arrived for regime change in Teheran meaning a far less dangerous Middle East, and the Saudis can help.
