Not Homer, but yes reactor operator. Usually a quiet night this time of year. 90% of the staff is gone, and only the maintenance guys ( machine repair, electricians, plumbers, etc are around) double time and a half.
I think I would trade you jobs for a week. Though you couldn’t take the stress of mine. ;) little kid + special needs kid + special needs senior who thinks she is perfectly fine. A nuclear meltdown at the plant? Easy peasy, dude. ;)
