Over the years I have noticed that a lot of Freepers are scared to death of the UFO subject...and rightly so.

A whole lot of denial.

But that's OK. They still come to these threads, so they must be trying to come to grips with this thing which is indeed scary to everyone.

I used to tell Quix about the fear/attraction of UFO's to Freepers/skeptics who kept showing up on the same threads (he may not remember).

Maybe someone will ask him?;-)

He vaguely recalls mention of that. He doesn't keep names straight very well--lifetime weakness--but remembers content better and if face to face--faces and personalities better.

He agrees with your points about that, though. Well put.
