Baker possesses 47 hard disks containing data on a massive surveillance operation overseen by John Brennan and James Clapper which allegedly spied on Trump Tower and now-President Donald Trump, according to a whistleblower.
“I provided to the FBI seventeen businesses of Donald Trump, including the Trump Tower, the Trump leasing programs, all of these different programs, and including Trump himself and the various family members that had been wiretapped under these programs,” (Dennis) Montgomery said in the interview. “There has been a wiretap on Trump for years.”
Montgomery provided the proof of the surveillance program to Judge Royce Lamberth in Washington, D.C. in a videotaped deposition. Montgomery named names–specifically John Brennan and James Clapper at that interview in December of 2015. Montgomery turned over 600 million pages of documentation.

I remember Dennis Montgomery’s name. Although I don’t remember the claims, I thought he’d been discredited as a kook. I hope the evidence he’s claiming to have is the real deal- the ramifications of it are mind-boggling.

These were probably just excerpts of Trump they extracted going all the way back to the birth certificate fued that Trump was having with Obama. They probably wanted to know how much information Trump had learned on that, among other thing
makes sense to me. They didn’t want someone with his profile , and non fear of speaking directly , to expose the fraud known as Obama...

Yes, Montgomery claims to have evidence of wiretapping of Supreme Court justices in this treasure trove as well. Which of course will be very hard for those involved to justify. The most important part will be who all appeared to be aware it was going on.
We at least know the FBI knew, because that's who Montgomery turned it over to, after first getting protection from a judge that he and his lawyer Klayman considered friendly to whistle blowers.

“Obama has put in place the kind of database… will have everything on every individual.”

“The President has put in place an organization with the kind of database that no one has ever seen before in life,” Representative Maxine Waters told Roland Martin on Monday.
“That’s going to be very, very powerful,” Waters said. “That database will have information about everything on every individual on ways that it’s never been done before and whoever runs for President on the Democratic ticket has to deal with that. They’re going to go down with that database and the concerns of those people because they can’t get around it. And he’s [President Obama] been very smart. It’s very powerful what he’s leaving in place.”
Just for Shits and Giggles! What does Sessions have to do with James Baker? What we do know is Baker has 47 Disc Drives with evidence of Treason and Sedition. Wiretapping of a political foe. Not one thing has been done by Sessions. Someone(not Sessions) reassigned Baker so he could keep getting paid and watch any inquires. Clearly the head of the DOJ would have suspended such a person if they were Pending ANY investigation.

Just to name a few of many cases where over anxious self important prosecutors felt they had an air tight case which led to sloppy preparation.
Who needs to be careful when you have an absolutely airtight case?
And the result was total failure in court.
Interestingly, the reasons for failure varied in each case but the bottom line was cocky self important government officials who were sloppy because they “just knew” they had a slam dunk.
Really capable honest lawyers will tell you there is no such thing as a slam dunk in court and they will meticulously cover every small detail and every imaginable opposition position long before they go to court.
I didn't see that, so thanks for sharing the great news. I had mentioned it as a possibility on one of the Rosen threads yesterday, so glad to hear the rumor was true. Now the question is why is Rosen leaving Fox, and to where?
Just how in the H do you KNOW? You don’t know any more than all of the people living on Jupiter. Get over it.
OK, I’ll bite.
There is no evidence whatsoever, anywhere, that Sessions is doing his job.
But there is substantial evidence in the public record he is derelict.
He has stated he will not prosecute Lerner and Clinton (email). He has been in the job 9 months and not a single prosecution for leaking classified information, his stated “top priority”.
No evidence, anywhere, of a Grand Jury being impaneled for any of the crimes of the Obama DOJ, FBI and IRS. Along with some statements that he’s not going in that direction.
What evidence do you have that Sessions is doing his job?
Just a “feeling” and faith?
