America is dying a death of a thousand cuts, and that Ted Kennedy got away with this and went on to have a lifetime political career anyway is one of those cuts - a deep one. Shame on America for allowing this. Listening to many of the people discuss what happened, they protected Kennedy and essentially admit it. It sickens me.
One little shop I stopped in at had buttons for sale
They had a picture of Ted Kennedy and John Kerry
Underneath it said: "Massachusetts Favorite Sons"
Not a joke.
Not ironic.
Those people are true believers.
