If you are really curious, you can look it up online in the Catechism of the Catholic Church.

The sexual act is exclusively the domain of a husband and wife jointly. Neither can "use"
it in isolation, with another person, or vicariously through pornography.

All of those illict "uses" are mortally sinful, which means we lose the sanctifying grace
we need to enter heaven.

Sanctifying grace is normally restored through: true contrition, confession to a priest,
with a firm purpose of amendment.
