If the wife and daughter came home and found him there with the knife sticking out their first assumption, and anyone’s would be- that he was assaulted by a killer. If they had found him hanging in a closet and a suicide note then it would be different.
They found him stabbed and thus would have called 9/11 and so of course the first report would be of an assault.

It’s always reasonable to be suspicious of suicide cases as suicide is a logical cover for murder.

As someone else posted, he was being sued by a guy who claims he botched his surgery and ruined his life a an athlete. Not unusual for doctors to be sued, rightly or wrongly. But it’s possible if a guy truly believes his doctor ruined his life that he might not settle for a settlement and might instead kill the doc. And it’s possible if the doc was a perfectionist and knew he had screwed up, that he might not forgive himself, and might even try to punish himself, which might explain the knife.
And there are a host of other things he could have suffered from... such as going to Haiti and seeing how horrific and extensive the death and destruction was in the 3rd world compared to what he was used to in the states... and the two worlds are not even far apart.
For all his skills he was nearly useless with literally no resources or support, meanwhile after trying to do some good he gets sued for no doubt a ridiculous amount by an athlete in the states whose life is still, by comparison to anyone in Haiti’s, a blessed one.

All we really have to hang conspiracy on is the method of using a knife isn’t one we could ever imagine ourselves using, some questionable sources, a CNN report that he had gotten information about conditions in Haiti from first responders including the foundation, and the suspicion everyone has about the Clintons because they are so crooked and vindictive in so many ways, up to and including the use of thugs.
