Here’s how the hoax works:

1)Make a racially charged claim.
2) College Dean or President enacts new policies to prevent this from happening again while blaming some group for the alleged racial intolerance on zero evidence.
3) aggreived person is held up as a hero
4) Hoax is discovered to be done by the actual aggreived person.
5) rinse and repeat.
