Even after talking with my wife (she having greater experience than I in wearing high heels), I have never figured out how this woman could have caught her heel on the stairs, fallen backwards, and broke a toe. The physics would seem to be impossible. But then, she has been divorced from the truth for several decades.

This is the same woman who turned 10k into 100k over cattle futures! Don’t you know she’s the smartest person in the country right now? /sarc

I did catch my heel once on steel ribbed stairs in a warehouse. In the 1970’s, women wore heels and I was in my 20’s and they were second nature. I was going doing warehouse steps and someone walked past above me and said I looked nice today. I half turned to say thanks, caught my heel and FELL FORWARD DOWN (not backwards) about 15 steps. Not hurt, but terribly embarrassed.

I guess today I could have sued for sexual harassment, he did say I looked nice. Is that some kind of back room chatter for I want to “rape-rape” you (thanks for clearing that up, Whoopie)? Dang, in those days we women were so ignorant.
