There was an episode of Bones some years ago. It was set in BC, at the U.S. border; which set up the Canadian forensic investigator working with the "Bones" character.
I was going to say there was an episode of ‘Six Feet Under’ about this. Probably not what you’re thinking about.
The global oligarchy are rife with pedophiles. When they are finished with a victim they just drop them off ... at 1000 feet over the ocean and let sea creatures do the rest. Apparently those creatures don’t like sneakers; hard to digest.
