This is what a Birth Index looks like: IT GIVES THE NAME OF THE MOTHER AND THE FATHER AND THE DATE OF BIRTH!

That does suggest a child by the name of Barack Hussein Obama was born in Hawaii, but tells you nothing about WHEN or who the mother was...

What I did not highlight, although I was well aware of it at the time, is that in the 1960-1964 book, THE HEADER ON THE PAGES DOES NOT CONTAIN THE DATE RANGE. This is very significant because in the other Index Data books viewed and imaged that day, the date range is at the top. In all but the book containing obama’s information.”

In California anyone can get an informational copy of anyone’s birth certificate.
