“by confirming that Obama had a HI BC”

There you go making stuff up again.

“Abercrombie, in his first on-camera comments on the matter, said that he has his attorney general and the state’s Health Department director looking at what legal avenues can they follow to release more documentation of Obama’s birth in 1961.”

Asked if one option is to ask Obama to waive his privacy rights so that a copy of his actual birth certificate can be released publicly, Abercrombie cut off a reporter’s question.

“No, no, no - it’s not up to the president,” he said. “It has nothing to do with the president. It has to do with the people of Hawaii who love him, people who love his mom and dad. It has to do with respect the office of the president is entitled to. And it has to do with respect that every single person’s mother and father are entitled to.”

Pressed on whether he might unilaterally release a copy of Obama’s actual birth certificate, Abercrombie made clear that he is waiting for his cabinet officials to give him a report on what he can legally do before proceeding.

“Obviously, I’m going to do what is legally possible,” the governor said.

In January, 2011 Abercrombie found out that legally he cannot release any information.

“Democratic Gov. Neil Abercrombie will end his quest to prove President Barack Obama was born in Hawaii because it’s against state law to release private documents, his office said Friday.”

Nothing about confirming that Obama had a birth certificate always only going to release what he was legally able to release.

“No matter what Obots contend, ‘Neil,’ did tell his friend Mike Evans that no HI BC exitsted for Obama.”

He didn’t just backpedal - he outright retracted everything he said.

It may show how sensitive the issue is or it may show he is a blowhard who made up a claim.

I wonder why Zullo never interviewed him.

You can’t decide if you’re coming or going. First you say Abercrombie looked in the wrong place, and now you pretend you never said it.

Additionally, your dishonesty is simply off the charts. You quote extensively from an article written entirely BEFORE Abercrombie began his fruitless search, and briefly from another after ‘Neil,’ had discovered there was no BC on file. I truly believe you are so divorced from honesty, you have no idea how duplicitous you are. In between these two quotes is the exchange with reporters under discussion. Try to keep up.

Abercrombie searched for proof that Obama was born in HI. You said the problem was the location: that BCs are not kept in the archives.

But when first asked, Abercrombie did NOT say, “I’m told the BC is in the vital records, exactly where it should be.’

He said he was told it was written in the archives. And privately he admitted there was no BC on file.

A rational person could put down everything Mike Evans said in 23 interviews to delusion. Evans quoted Abercrombie extensively. He has no record of misrepresenting people wholesale. He heard right the first time, but misunderstood why ‘Neil,’ was confiding in him. He thought his friend was handing him a blockbuster scoop. In fact, Abercrombie was merely reeling from his discoveries, and imagined he could unburden himself in confidence to a friend of long-standing.

Btw, great researcher that you are, you claimed that Mike Evans never said he got this information directly from ‘Neil,’ personally. That is just one of the many false statements you so glibly disseminate.
