“*Some* of the survivors apparently have an immunity”
Murphy from ‘Z Nation’ immunized him!
Sorry if I am stepping on the post of another but
it occurred to me that a plot possibility is that
Carl will either kill Negan or set in motion the
events which will lead to the death of Negan before
his own demise. Such a scenario would soften the
blow of the loss of the Carl character and actor,
Chandler Riggs, as well.
Negan does not die.
Chandler Riggs is supposed to be going to Auburn U soon,
if not already. Imagine the repetitive hazing he will
be taking from fellow students....people who will be
going zombie mode while walking past him and those
who will tell him they are watching for him to go
“walker” at any time.
.....and Daryl does not exist.
Here’s a thought, they making seem as though Gabriel got sick from the zombie gut camo that him and Negan used to escape through the goats. But they’ve done this several times and no one has ever got sick before. So maybe Grabriel will build up sone antibodies and be the true savior.
Especially if he doesn’t get a hair cut!
Hmmm, yes, that is interesting, and zombie camo sickness is certainly not usual.
There is definitely some sort of head fake going on here IMO.
How do you know Neegan wont die? Comic books? Please dont say because of the comic books. Maybe Neegan wont die , maybe he will. But the best thing the writers of the show could do is to toss the comic books in the trash and forget them. A lot of what is in them is silly. And does not translate well to live action. Too much reverence for the source material, when the source material is a comic book, ruins almost every live-action film and TV show that is comic based.
True but the sudden Fuzzy Bunny All Full Of Mercy Strawberry Picking Carl is a setup to not kill Negan.
From Chandler: "I'm taking a gap year right now to focus on acting for a while. Leaving Walking Dead wasn't my decision. It was all story related. It made sense story-wise for it to happen for Rick and Michonne and all the other characters . . . I was planning on going to college until I found out. I found out when I was doing rehearsals for episode six back in June. It was quite the shocker for me, Andy and everyone because I don't think anyone saw it coming. It's definitely not a bad thing because it has been awesome being on the show but now I get to go and do a lot of other stuff that I haven't gotten to do before. Scott wanted to meet in person because it was such a big deal. We had just finished rehearsing for a scene in episode six and he wanted to meet with me and my mom and dad and talk about what's going to happen."
Not anymore.
His last interview nixed that in favor of a one year walkabout.
Suspicious.
Jon Snow is dead, redux, I think.
Negan is too popular and his stint in jail as a weird advisor too important to the upcoming Whisperer arc.
Unless Gimble throws it all out the window.
Show returns February 25th as announced on Talking Dead

A debate like this is circular and besides, I offered
the concept as a plausible possibility, not a prediction.
On a separate note I previously heard that the decision
to separate from the show was not that of Chandler Riggs.

At this point, anything can happen and yes, the story is that Gimble dumped him suddenly.
Bad move he’ll regret, probably.
It does to me. He's a horrible actor. I have no idea how he got the part.
