I spent my career in the construction business. Every minority business program targeted to Blacks was destroyed by the forceful migration of Muslims and Hispanics.
The Hispanics especially were used as second class slave labor by the free labor express. It undercut all the start-up minority owned businesses and they died a decade ago.
