Seismologists have proposed many different theories to explain the continuous vibration - from atmospheric disturbances to ocean waves moving over the sea floor.

This sounds sort of nuts, but at times I have been able to hear a very strange, low sounding hum. It isn’t like any sound known to me. It is strange, to say the least.
