The progs are idiotic enough that if they don't use it now there will be some intern down the road who will take the nugget to their boss, he will wave his hand and have one of his staff write an article about how Trump is denying the Nigerian people the aid that they deserve. And then throw in some more stuff like "without Congressional authorization."
