The routine they put a defendant through before a guilty plea is accepted in Federal Court is designed to avoid that problem including the possibility of an appeal.

I’m not saying you’re wrong but things may get interesting now. The whole Leftist establishment was after Flynn’s head. They really focused all their anger on him after the election and now look at the situation now that things have calmed down and the shock has worn off.
