I know she’s my daughter. But she’s so damned pretty...
Everybody already knew he was no good?
Just a guess....
Now we know the real motivation for the outing of Harvey - to get Woody!
Much like Kodak Film, Woody is associated with little yellow boxes.
As I understand it, a police investigation did not find enough evidence to arrest him, and her own siblings are split on whether he actually did anything to her or whether this was concocted by her mother as revenge on him for leaving her for her stepsister.
IIRC, others disagreed about her being coached.
It is not clear if Woody and Harvey’s record of sexual misconduct has ever reached the liberal Democrat political circles of Obama and Hillary that Woody and Harvey traveled in.
However, it never ceases to amaze me......leading Hollywood lights like Meryl Streep and George Clooney who knew Harvey professionally and socially “did not know.”
Yet thousands of miles away at the New York film school, young women graduates were warned not to take jobs at the Weinstein Company.
Interesting about the acting school.
Exactly
“Why my daughter is old enough to be my wife!”
Damn good question.
If you don’t believe accusations against Roy Moore, why do you believe accusations against Woody Allen? The level of verifiable evidence - zero - is the same.
Why my daughter is old enough to be my wife!
*************
He was smart ,, he ditched his psycho girlfriend and married her daughter who was basically unspoiled and had a huge crush on him... It is wrong to accuse him of marrying his daughter.
UM...are you all FORGETTING that this CREEP went on to marry one of his other ‘step-daughters’ Soon-Yi Previn?!?!
From October, 2017, Huff-Po:
“Oh, well, one of the great experiences of my life has been my wife. She had a very, very difficult upbringing in Korea: She was an orphan on the streets, living out of trash cans and starving as a 6-year-old. And she was picked up and put in an orphanage. And so Ive been able to really make her life better. I provided her with enormous opportunities, and she has sparked to them. Shes educated herself and has tons of friends and children and got a college degree and went to graduate school, and she has traveled all over with me now. Shes very sophisticated and has been to all the great capitals of Europe. She has just become a different person. So the contributions Ive made to her life have given me more pleasure than all my films.” ~ Woody Allen
Ignoring the fact that it was actually Mia Farrow who had adopted Soon-Yi with her then-husband André Previn Allen did not heroically rescue her from Seouls trash cans as he implies the interview serves as a reminder of the eerie role that Allen has played in the lives of his female family members.
There is a strong sense out there the allegations are true. People and by that I mean conservatives have made jokes and commented as if there is truth to the allegations.
The alleged victim has spoken out over the decades consistently, that’s for sure.
Due process is important but we are in ‘witch hunt’ mode, I agree with that even more.
Its getting nasty like it did in the UK after the Jimmy Savile revelations a decade or so ago.
Its got to the point where police investigated dead people to find out if allegations were true, a dead Church of England bishop was defamed in his death and the church is even backtracking on earlier allegations he abused children.
Feelings, jokes, and comments are not evidence.
I’m not saying Ms. Farrow is not telling the truth. I’m just pointing out interesting phenomenon of evaluating allegations based on how one feels about the accused.
I see what you did there.
Ouch...
