Goodell will lead the NFL to a forgotten legacy.
In a generation, people will ask, “Why did you old guys watch that stuff anyway?”
There won’t be a good answer going forward from today (or earlier, actually, since Ray Rice and deflate-gate).
I still like to watch the NFL at the local bar, but I watch about 25 percent as much as I used to. It’s EASY to get a seat at the bar now on any given Sunday, Monday or Thursday.
No longer a fan, but if Roger is getting $50M contract, the owners are dumber than I thought.
