New York State cheddar (Cabot brand preferred) plus Triscuits may be my favorite light meal, any time of the day.

New York Cheddar or Vermont Cheddar. Absolutely the best cheese ever imho. And cows do not make orange milk. Cheese is not supposed to be yellow or orange. I am uncertain of why that is done?

Moderation is key in life.
I love cheese, yet also smart enough not to eat an entire wheel of it at a sitting or have pizza more than once a month.
Arnold Schwarzenegger has been an adamant proponent of athletes eating modest amounts of cheese for decades.

Gorgonzola, baby! Gooey soft gorgonzola, baguette, wine. Now if I can just resist eating the whole pound of gorgonzola, and the entire baguette and the whole bottle of wine, I might live a few more years. But what sad years they’d be!

We have a local store that carries Grafton Village cheddar - I love it and if I buy 8 oz it lasts about 2-3 weeks, so I doubt if it will kill me.

Sounds like great news for gibmedats.
While they feast on the government cheese, they will feast on it longer.
