The “public” submitted their formal review, hence the shirts got dumped. Situations such as this one need to be addressed by all of us. I suggest Walmart “BUYERS” need to be watched, those items just don’t show up on Walmart’s doorstep or hung on merchandise rack all by themselves.
Need to distinguish between retail store racks vs online inventory. I was addressing the latter.
