Did she assault them though, or promise them jobs for sex? It has to be something like that. Hitting on them or mutual affairs don’t count.
The plaintiffs did not accuse her of sexual abuse, only “sexual identity discrimination”, not getting promoted, etc. because they were straight.
The cases settled very quickly, very quietly, and very well.
The plaintiffs were given very well-paid, 7 year, no-show “consulting” gigs, so the real reason for the payoff could not be proven.
