Elizabeth Warren's Pow Wow Chow 'Cherokee' recipes were word for word COPIES of famous FRENCH chef's techniques

Massachusetts Democratic Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren is yet again in hot water after new allegations have surfaced that she plagiarized her 'Cherokee' recipes in the book Pow Wow Chow from the New York Times and other publications. Radio talk show host Howie Carr released damning evidence that appears to confirm that Mrs Warren's weren't handed down from generation to generation, they were picked up in the newspaper. Mrs Warren has been under scrutiny since she first claimed Native American heritage, arguing that because her great-great-great-grandmother was Cherokee, she is a member of the community.

"...Where are INdians going to find Cognac and Worcestershire sauce?"

Oh, come now. Wampum!

All it takes is Wampum, and they could have foie gras and caviar!

“Pow Wow Chow” is WAY more racist than President Trump referring to Elizabeth Warren as “Pocahontas” in the presence of the Navajo code speakers.

The American Indians, or more politically correct, “Native Americans”, are a highly diverse conglomeration of sometimes very disparate people, many of whom have sharp differences with other tribes who may be their neighbors.

Just ask a Hopi about the Navajos. Or the Eastern Shoshone and Northern Arapaho, forced to live in uncomfortably close proximity on the Wind River Reservation in central Wyoming. There is considerable friction between the various tribes in many localities, and to blanket these people under one all-inclusive label is beyond merely insulting.

I’ve received nothing but rave reviews from my colleagues after whipping up treats from this cookbook in the faculty lounge kitchen. Admirers of Pow Wow Chow may also enjoy Bow Wow Chow, a Indonesian-influenced cookbook from a former professor now in politics.

5.0 out of 5 starsDiversity Dish
ByJoseph E. Toomeyon May 17, 2012
Format: Paperback
I thoroughly enjoy the recipes here. My favorite one is called “Diversity Dish.” This was contributed by the world’s only confirmed blond-haired, blue-eyed Cherokee who used her tomahawk to dig this up from her Oklahoma archives. You start out with 10 quarts of sanctimony, add in a gallon of hypocrisy, throw in a few fables (I recommend the “Family Lore” brand available in Cambridge), add a pinch of whining (1/32 ounce will work), toss in a paleface poseur and a large measure of insufferability. No integrity required. And there you have it: political career implosion. Great for faculty lounge gatherings and unearned academic advancement.

Her recipes are as phony “native american” as she is. (yes, I said native american, not native American) That’s how small her true american identity is.

yes, it would seem from these handed down recipes, Warren’s ancestor’s must have invented specific sized spoons and measuring devices that equate to our current measuring system and also they had access to tomatoes, butter worcestershire sauce etc back when recipes were first “thought up”!

I hear Hillary is going full-frontal "diversity."

Hillary is set to become an honorary American Indian.

Her new name?

Pa-hoo-Ka-Ta-Wah.....Pawnee for “idiot who stands in rain during electrical storm.”

“Pow Wow Chow” sounds very racist.

Speaking of Pocahontas, my ancestor (nine great... grandpa)came over to found Jamestown settlement with John Smith. He likely married/hooked up with a native American. I should start claiming to be “a member of the community”, too.

Thanks GrandJediMasterYoda. Her great-great-grandfather helped herd the Cherokee down the "Trail of Tears", even shot one of them.

Most of the positive comments are probably true, given from where the [copied] recipes originally emanated.

You realize by claiming ancestry to Pocahontas you are related to that old night Vegas singer the “danke schön guy”. Name escapes me right now! He is supposed to be a direct descendant, and I read somewhere he was going to bring her remains to Vegas.

Now why do I remember all that and not the dudes name?
