For what it is worth, my wife and I went to the Browns at Bengals game today because we bought the tickets on August 4th. There were no kneelers during the National Anthem. There was a fly over, Armed Forces Color Guard, and a military brass band played the National Anthem. As the Bengals were individually introduced through the PA system and ran onto the field from the locker room, the Bengal player was accompanied by an Army soldier who was also individually introduced on the PA system. This was also shown on the big screens. I have pictures and am trying to figure out how to post them on a reply to the thread. I thought it was a first class move and shed extra tears of pride during the National Anthem.
It’s too late for the NFL to try these type antics to try to win me back - they’ve already shown their true colors...

Well, RetiredUSMC, all I can say is, you sure can be bought off real cheap. There is more at stake here than just dissing the national anthem. Having the military high command ordering soldiers to break out their brass bands, covering the field with the flag, trotting soldiers out on the field with football players and introducing them together, all of this is just insincere, ham-handed, ugly dreck intended to bullshiite you and everyone else that the felons in the SJW League and their liberal “owners” give a rat’s azz about this hated country and you, and everyone like you, that populate it.
And I say that as a Viet Nam vet who has shed lots of tears about things that really matter, not over some cheap clown show of waving the bloody shirt. Everything ought not to be about Bread and Circuses.
All PR show. Those players despised having to have some soldier take away his glory. as I’ve said before, NFL players are like strippers-deep down they despise their customers.
