Here in Washington State we have pot stores all over the place. We hate to go out at night because if we do we see more and more erratic drivers.

It used to be just the boozers, but now we have the additional ones either just high on pot or impaired on both.

My wife and I think that the social cost was totally ignored because the politicians just wanted more tax money to spend on social justice b.s.

At this point there are no metrics to define and control levels of impairment re pot......so this will be self-solving when the restaurants get sued to the moon for traffic fatalities.

Actually, politicians have not legalized recreational pot anywhere in the US.

It has been by referendum in all cases so far.
