Actually, for those who may still doubt Trump is playing 4D, Franken was yet another card waiting to be played at the right moment.
It seems so many, on both the right & left, continually underestimate Trump. For those who believe (as I do) that we are watching a master, then it's pretty straightforward to de-construct what is occurring.
For one, everyone has something to hide; everyone. So, with 535 congressional members, and let's say, another 500 or so judges, bureaucrats, business leaders, etc, we've got a total pool of around 1,000 people.
Right out of the box, for perhaps $5k per person, a rudimentary profile could easily be developed from a search of court/public records, web searches (posts, tweets, photos, etc). Next, anyone who has been in any political campaign already has a mountain of opposition research already prepared.
But, even with fairly complete dossiers on everyone, without the proper medium or public support, then allegations & revelations will either be ignored, dismissed, or denied. That's how we had Teddy, and the entire roster of corrupt, debauched players winning year after year.
So, in order to actually match the appropriate material with the proper moment, it takes someone with a conductor's sense of timing and emphasis. Enter Trump, and lieutenants like Bannon, et al. Brietbart himself actually showed the way, which is what we're seeing in real time with Moore fighting back along with the Franken revelations.
None of what we're observing is fortuitous dumb 'luck'. This is extremely high-level pageantry that is being produced by a savant, one who somehow, some way, used the same exact techniques in order to claim the presidency for himself.
For anyone thinking Trump is boxed in, and or has given up, it simply doesn't square with what he's been, what he's done, and what he's doing right now.

The more his opposition claims Trump is stupid the more effective he becomes. His intelligence and world experience is beyond anything we have experienced in recent memory. The fundamental change Obama promised is coming to pass with Trump. It is not the change Obama or his corrupt band of minions wanted. It is the very opposite, a return to Constitutional government and a genuinely free economy with peace reigning in the world. MAGA
