You know in that first example, that tape has been analyzed and the voice isolated and it sounds like Biden says to the girl something to the effect: you know, you make me horney. I don’t know if it’s the power of suggestion, but it sounded that way to me. At any rate, what is he doing getting that close to a young girl, whispering in her ear?!!!
