If the RINOs were not taking payoffs to shave points and throw games, they would have done what was in the best interest of the party, the president, and the nation.
They would have said that the timing of these accusations is suspicious... we will fully investigate, but it is too late to change candidates. Everyone would have been happy with that, except the liberals. And, of course, the RINOs are liberals, so they could not do the right thing.
They have made it very clear that they would rather lose this seat than to even let the people of Alabama decide.
