This is so transparent in the sense that what the GOPe and others are doing is clearly apparent to anyone not living under a rock their whole lives. It's obvious they are throwing Moore over the side of the ship to drown on his own.

I understand the fact that the RNC and the DNC are private organizations that can make their own rules and pick their own candidate as they wish. But they could at least give the impression that the elections are fair and untainted. The GOPe is basically saying, "We don't want you Roy Moore, so your hanging is today. Your trial starts tomorrow."

The charade of the voters' votes actually counting is obviously just that....a charade. These folks don't care what the electorate wants. The Deep Swamp will close ranks on Moore in every way they can.

Trump was an aberration. They couldn't stop him. Now Moore is an aberration. But they will go Full Monty to get him out of the way for their own Swamp Critter to take the open Senate seat instead.

Moore wasn't supposed to beat Strange in the primary so now the GOPe is throwing this mud against the wall weeks ahead of the election to try and find something that will stick to Moore before he becomes trouble in the US Senate.

They may succeed but Moore is a fighter. We'll see.
