Since these crimes are allegedly recorded, I don’t think they have a good defense ploy. They will find out soon that plundering a market in China is not the same as plundering a store in Watts. Of course this outcome will not be assured if the government of the US does not cave in to some demand for their freedom. Maybe Roger Goodell can come up with a settlement!

What they did was to disrespect the Chinese by stealing and if they laughed about it, they are cooked.
Why should our government get involved? They got caught stealing, breaking the law in another country.

I guess China can try, but I doubt they’ll get our latest missile control technology from Trump, as they would have gotten from Obama (or Bush).
