I have a chance to fly on a BA747 to Europe next year, DFW to London.

Really debating whether I should spring for first class to get upstairs, before everyone quits flying the big one.

I used to fly United 747’s to Asia in Biz Class (for them, upstairs). It was much nicer than below in First. More feeling like I was on a private plane as the compartment was smaller. Also more quiet.

And I’d do it while 747’s are still in use. They seem to be on their way out of service (sadly).

Try this site. https://www.seatguru.com/ The upper deck on 747s is usually some kind of business class.

I got my chance to fly upper deck comming back from my second deployment to Iraq. It was a United 747 on charter. Nice plane, their seats weren’t quite flat, but we were headed home and didn’t care.
