If I were a judge and you were an attorney in my court, I would state that your language seems crafted in a way inclined to paint the klan out of the picture. In contrast with what we all know was a vast prevalence of klan membership and influence in the democrat party.
If you were a good judge, even without my pointing it out, you would look at the core statement here: “One of the recent documents shows Democrat President Lyndon Johnson was a KKK member.”
Upon review, you would see the documents make no such proof, only that some unnamed guy said some unnamed guy said the Klan could prove LBJ had been a member.
That is far from proof.
For example, if I published a paper that said some guy told me that some guy said the DNC said your were really an Anfifa member, would you consider that proof?
