Usenet + tin was good times. Somebody got out of hand and you just gave them the old *plonk* and went on with your life.
I was extensively on the clinton.whitewater newsgroup for the most part and don’t remember why I drifted away from it, since it was a major addiction. The emergence of blogging probably had something to do with it.
