Hell’s Kitchen ain’t what it used to be Doc. Now it’s hoity toity, the days of it being Irish and working class died out in the mid 80’s. They even want to rename it, wait for it..”Clinton” because of the park.
If you do it over and over after being told NO, I'd agree. But harassment seems like a lesser charge than stalking.
