Carr was running the ball still fighting to move forward for more yardage. One KC player almost had him stopped when another came in and stopped him. Carr was just a running back then because he had already crossed the line of scrimmage and made no attempt to execute a slide. The play was a quarterback draw all the way.

Carr's forward momentum was stopped. The hit on him by the Chiefs drew the personal foul flag, as it should have, and got the Raiders OL mad, as it should have - their job is to protect Carr.
