Drop it as relief aid in Muslim countries but relabel it as Halal Lamb.

It briefly enjoyed popularity in Western Europe more recently when mad cow disease and hoof-and-mouth made people distrustful of their own meats. They looked down their noses at Spam, but were 100% sure it was untainted. Rabbits (which were already popular in some countries there) were also a preferred dish during that time.
Read years ago, we shipped 520,000 tons of SPAM to the Soviets under the Lend-Lease program. That is about 87 million cans of the stuff.
