This is a surprise. I did not expect the downturn due to the hurricanes to last so long.
This is just what they’ve wanted and they’ve been taking shots at us for years. The “toxic masculinity” trying to destroy Tebow all the while promoting Michael Sam. Pinktober. Hispanic Heritage Month in the NFL. Trying to globalize the game.
They have tried to turn the NFL into a political battleground for a while now, and because the owners didn’t put their foot down right away, it’s exactly what has happened.
The owners who are white liberal elite agree with them... that's why they didn't put their foot down.
I gave up on the NFL when the players went on strike in 1987. Stayed away for a long time. Finally I came back to it, but started getting annoyed with the all the non football stuff starting to creep into the sport. So I was already one foot out the door with the NFL. They just shoved me away for good.
