The Nazis had this problem with their Hitler Jugend camps. Of course Hitler didn’t see it as a problem. More infantry.

I saw a documentary on Nazi era Germany. This was mentioned. BDMs were expected to come home pregnant from their mutual summer camp with the Hitler Youth. Parents were strongly discouraged from complaining.
