I don’t suppose they considered that whatever they have in mind, it might just contribute to global warming. I’m wondering if those NASA folks understand enthalpy. It would be really alarming if they didn’t given stuff like rocket engine theory and all.
If they consider pumping water in to lower the temperature, I wonder if they realize the pressure steam creates???
