Maybe they should have stuck to sports.

Yep, they are reaping what they have been sowing. Soon the hurt will come down to the players, then they can all run for office, or do late night talk shows, or whatever. They sure are spanking ole Trump. /s

No kidding. But why make sense when you can be stuck on stupid? MTV, The Weather Channel, ESPN…they all gave up what they do that folks liked to be something "more." And "more political" and thus alienating is all they have to show for it.

I think when cable sports got turned on...in the beginning, there was little competition. Today, with various options...the ESPN crowd has to fill up ‘talk-space’ and hype people up on something besides sports. Probably a third of the people watching prime-time ESPN shows...are watching to see what people like Jemele Hill is going to outrageously say next. Kinda like going to a wrestling event to watch fake action.

I would agree with you that a sports channel ought to be pure 100-percent sports. I would also imagine that the network worded this suspension in a way that it’s her one and only warning...when she does this again in three or four months...they will just let her go.

Absolutely right.

But liberals can’t help themselves since they believe everyone is entitled to their opinion.

Exactly. This is the exact same conundrum the NFL faces. Either way they go is going to cost them half or more of their potential customers. Entertainment and politics do not mix.
