As he is an employee of MGM Resorts, he too is bound by the memo delivered to all employees. They were instructed not to talk to the media, or to discuss MGM and/or Mandalay Bay with anyone. I know, my sister has worked there since teh day it opened.
There is the huge legal issues forever connected with this and I’m sure the lawyers are working hard to clamp down on any hearsay.
Reasonable, he can’t talk to the media. That doesn’t mean the media can’t talk about him, nor does it mean they can’t talk to his neighbors or family.
