They could but right now it might not work in their favor. Those women have America on their side with this flag issue.

When the facts are on your side, pound the facts.

When the law is on your side, pound the law.

When neither are on your side pound the table.

They walked up to two guys they didn't even know and assaulted them because they were 'triggered'.

And were stupid enough to video the act and post it online.

Good luck finding a sympathetic jury in Los Angeles.
