I think it has a while to go before the state turns blue.
But as more immigrants come it that can change for sure.

Austin is the very bluest of the localities in Texas, and their numbers are still distinctly less than the counter balance of all the “red” districts.

There are a LOT of people now resident in Texas (both legally and illegally) that have not yet gained the right to vote through the granting of full naturalized citizenship. But the day is coming, unless there is a big turnaround in the propaganda being fed to these prospective future voters.
